A warming and drying trend begins Tuesday as southeasterly flow
sets up over the state. Expect high temperatures in the low to mid
60s, with a brief cool down Thursday and Friday before warming
again into the weekend. Isolated to scattered rain showers may
develop during the afternoon hours, but accumulations should
remain light. A non-zero chance for lightning is possible Thursday
afternoon across parts of the Upper Tanana Valley.
South/southeast winds continue to weaken throughout the week
before shifting towards the southwest by Thursday.
