.DISCUSSION...
Daily isolated to scattered showers will continue along the
Elliott Highway corridor early this week, with minimal
thunderstorm chances until at the earliest on Thursday. Any
precipitation amounts will remain light in nature, with highs
around 60 and lows around 40. Drier conditions are expected
overall on Tuesday with best chances for isolated showers during
the afternoon hours. The Central Interior is expected to remain
the driest portion of the region through midweek. Winds will
remain predominantly out of the west/southwest through Wednesday,
peaking each afternoon, shifting to being out of the northeast on
Thursday, with afternoon RH dropping to around 45-55% with
excellent overnight recovery. Looking ahead, increasing confidence
supports a more organized system moving in from the Yukon Thursday
