.DISCUSSION...
Afternoon and evening rain showers are expected to continue
through Wednesday. Thunderstorms are not expected to accompany
these showers. The showers have a good chance to produce wetting
rains as moisture will continue to move across the AK Range.
Temperatures will remain in the mid to upper 60s and minimum RH
values will stay above 45% through the week. Winds will be out of
the west Tuesday before becoming light and variable Tuesday
night. Wednesday will see southerly winds as Gap winds in the AK
range begin to increase. The fire location should remain sheltered
from the strongest southerly winds.
