.DISCUSSION...
Scattered rain/snow showers will be persistent throughout the
day, today, as a weak cold front moves east over the area. Winds
will predominately be out of the north between 5 and 10 mph today,
before shifting back out of the south by Thursday morning.

With the southerly flow returning through the valley, wind speeds
are expected to increase throughout the day on Thursday along
with a slight warming trend. Chances for showers, mostly rain,
will continue throughout the day on Thursday, as residual moisture
continues to linger from the previous front.

Temperatures today will be cooler with the frontal passage, with
