.DISCUSSION....
Continued dry and breezy weather this afternoon with min RHs in
the 20s and 30s percent. The lowest will be in the Middle Tanana
Valley which bottom out around 20%. Winds will be gusting to 25-30
mph from the east-northeast in the valleys this afternoon and up
to 35 mph at ridgetop level. Otherwise, winds gradually weaken
through the day tomorrow. A few light rain showers will develop in
the SE Interior tomorrow morning, though most of it will be virga
since it is so dry. A stray shower may move towards the Central
Interior by tomorrow afternoon, but again, most spots will remain
dry with little to no chance for wetting rain anywhere. If there
is a shower anywhere, it will dry out Friday night and remain mostly
dry with warming temperatures this weekend.
