Key Messages...
- High pressure begins to build in over the Kuskokwim Valley area
Sunday morning, bringing another round of steadily warming
temperatures. Temperatures will warm starting over the Central
Interior, spreading to the Eastern Interior by mid next week.
- A weak disturbance will move south along the ALCAN border on
Monday. This will bring isolated showers and some milder
temperatures across the Eastern Interior prior to the warm up.
Winds are expected to remain light with this system.
- Temperatures may warm to around 80 degrees by the mid-to-late
week, which could result in minimum RHs as low as 25-30%.
