* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Kobuk River at Kobuk.

* WHEN...Until noon AKDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poorly drained areas.
  The old road is flooded and water levels are near the new road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Since last week the public has reported minor flooding in
    Kobuk. The Kobuk River continues to be overbank at the
    community of Kobuk. A break in rainfall is expected on
    Friday, before another round of light rain on Saturday.
