...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Including the Noatak, Kobuk, and Koyukuk Rivers.

* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Water levels remain high

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Water levels in mainstem rivers remain elevated after last
