...Prolonged Heavy Rain Continues through Wednesday for the Far
Western Brooks Range...

A coastal storm will continue to bring heavy rain to the south
and west facing slopes of the Western Brooks Range through
Thursday morning. Total rainfall has ranged from 1.5 inches in low
lying areas to nearly 4 inches at elevation. Rain is expected to
end early Thursday morning as the system moves east. Streams that
are currently running high will remain high and start dropping
slowly as rain tapers off.
