...HIGH SURF ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

Water levels are decreasing along the coast this morning. Strong
southerly flow and winds along the coast will also continue to
decrease through today as winds turn northwesterly by this
afternoon. Therefore, the High Surf Advisory will be allowed to
expire. However, Interior Norton Sound will still contend with
gusty southerly winds into the early afternoon hours before
switching to northerly this evening.
