...COASTAL FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM SUNDAY TO
10 AM AKDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Water levels 2 to 4 feet above the normal highest tide
  line. Peak water levels will be Sunday evening through Monday
  evening. This storm is the remnants of Typhoon Halong. Water
  levels will likely be similar to the October 8th storm.

* WHERE...Western Arctic Coast.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Sunday to 10 AM AKDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...At Point Hope, significant erosion of the sea wall
  from the north and erosion at the airport is likely. Flooding
  of the airport on the north side is likely. Erosion of the
  berms on the south side of the airport is likely, but flooding
  there is not. At Point Lay, flooding is not expected, however
  significant erosion is expected.

* IMPACTS...At Wainwright, extensive erosion of the bluff will
  occur, in addition to what has already occurred.

* WHAT...Significant coastal flooding is likely. Water levels 2 to
  5 feet above the normal highest tide line. Peak water levels
  will be Sunday afternoon through Monday evening. This storm is
  the remnants of Typhoon Halong. Water levels will likely be
  similar to the October 8th storm.

* WHERE...Kivalina and Red Dog Dock.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Sunday to 4 AM AKDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...At Kivalina, water will likely rise above the level
  of the seawall and many buildings and streets will flood. The
  Native Store, Friends Church, and the water pump station will
  be inundated. McQueen School and the Alaska Village Electric
  may flood. Few roads will be left passable in anything other
  than a boat.

  storm and the October 2024 storm. This storm is the remnants
  of Typhoon Halong.

* WHERE...Lower Kobuk Valley.

* WHEN...From 6 PM Sunday to 4 AM AKDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.

* WHAT...Significant coastal flooding is likely. Water levels 3

  storm will bring very similar water levels to the October 8th
  storm and the October 2024 storm. This storm is the remnants
  of Typhoon Halong.

* WHERE...Baldwin Peninsula.

* WHEN...From 6 PM Sunday to 4 AM AKDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...At Kotzebue, the sewage lagoon is at risk of
  flooding. The Post Office, Nulagvik Hotel, various restaurants
  and markets will be susceptible to coastal flooding, the area
  near the teacher housing will be flooded, and water will
  approach houses and tents at the North Tent City fish camp.

* WHAT...Significant coastal flooding is likely. Water levels 4 to
  6 feet above the normal highest tide line. Peak water levels
  will be Sunday morning through Monday morning. This storm is
  the remnants of Typhoon Halong. Water levels will likely be
  similar to or slightly higher than the October 8th storm.

* WHERE...Shishmaref.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Sunday to 4 AM AKDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...At Shishmaref, the airstrip will likely be closed,
  the sanitation road may washout, water will inundate many
  buildings on the inlet side of town including the clinic,
  library, and water treatment plant. Wave run-up from the coast
  will inundate buildings near the sewage lagoon. Significant
  shoreline erosion will occur. At Diomede, large waves and wave
  runup will cause erosion and may wash items away.

* WHAT...Significant to major coastal flooding is likely. Water
  levels 3 to 7 feet above the normal highest tide line. The
  highest water levels will be Sunday morning through Monday
  evening. This storm is the remnants of Typhoon Halong. Water
  levels will be higher than the October 8th storm.

* WHERE...Bering Strait Coast.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Sunday to 4 AM AKDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...At Teller, major coastal flooding is possible.
  Portions of Front Ave may be flooded. The airstrip will be
  inaccessible. Many buildings may flood, including residences,
  the school and the school boiler building. Water may overtop
  the fuel tank containment wall, and the fuel pump will be
  impacted. At Wales, buildings near the Naval Station Rd bridge
  including the post office will flood. High water in Village
  Creek will approach the winter trail to Tin City, Water will
  run high up on the beach and may inundate the fuel storage
  tank. At Brevig Mission, wave run up will push water levels
  higher on the beach side of town. The lagoon will fill with
  water, and water may surround most buildings along Pinguk Ave.
  Other low lying areas such as Clarence Road near the lagoon
  will also be inundated.

4 PM AKDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Major coastal flooding is likely. Water levels 5 to 8
  feet above the normal highest tide line at Nome, and 8 to 13
  feet above the normal highest tide line at Golovin. The highest
  water levels will be midday Sunday morning through midday Monday.
  This storm is the remnants of Typhoon Halong. Water levels will
  be higher than the October 8th storm and may be higher than the
  remnants of Typhoon Merbok at Golovin.

* WHERE...Southern Seward Peninsula Coast.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Sunday to 4 PM AKDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...At Golovin, major coastal flooding is likely and
  water levels may approach record levels. it is likely that
  water will overtop the berm, causing significant inundation.
  Many residences, the school, drinking water source, tank farm,
  store, clinic, and more may be inundated or surrounded with
  water. The old runway will be overtopped. Significant erosion
  is likely. At Nome, homes in the Belmont Subdivision and areas
  near the port will be inundated. Water will approach Norton
  Sound Seafood Products. Water may cut off access between the
  tarmac and airport terminal. Nome-Council Road may become
  impassable. Debris on front street is likely.

Eastern Norton Sound and Nulato Hills-

4 PM AKDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Water levels 7 to 13 feet above the normal highest tide
  line at Elim, Shaktoolik, and Unalakleet, 10 to 16 feet at
  Koyuk, and 6 to 11 feet at St. Michael and Stebbins. The
  highest water levels will be midday Sunday through midday
  Monday. This storm is the remnants of Typhoon Halong. Water
  levels will be higher than the October 8th storm.

* WHERE...Eastern Norton Sound and Nulato Hills.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Sunday to 4 PM AKDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...At Elim and Koyuk, no flooding is expected, but
  significant erosion will likely occur. At Shaktoolik, the
  windmill building, evacuation route, and water pumphouse may
  be flooded. high water may surround some buildings near the
  beach of the inlet. Materials near the coastline and near the
  shore of the lagoon should be brought to higher ground, and
  the airstrip will be impacted. At Unalakleet, the AC Store and
  other buildings close to the riverbank will likely flood, and
  the United utilities and AT&T Alascom sites near Beach Rd may
  flood. At Stebbins, the north side near the shore, as well as
  the Native Store and Fuel Tanks may be impacted. The sewer
  lift station may flood. The evacuation road may be impassable.
  Many buildings may be flooded including residences. The fuel
  pump, public safety office, Stebbins Native Corporation, and
  the airport lighting and maintenance buildings may be
  impacted. The airstrip may be impacted. Significant erosion is
  likely.

Yukon Delta Coast-

10 AM AKDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Major coastal flooding is likely. Record coastal
  flooding is possible. Water levels rising 6 to 11 feet above
  the normal high tide line. This storm is the remnants of
  Typhoon Halong and will bring higher water and stronger winds
  than the October 8th storm. Water levels will be very low
  ahead of the rapid rise late Saturday night and Sunday morning.

* WHERE...Yukon Delta Coast.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Sunday to 10 AM AKDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...At Hooper Bay, major coastal flooding is expected
  and water may approach or surpass record levels. Residences
  and the drinking water source may be inundated. Fuel tanks may
  be impacted and the road to the airport may be partially
  submerged. Airstrip use or access may be cutoff. Water is
  likely to reach into the village. If water reaches 10 feet
  above the normal high tide line, the wastewater facility may
  be impacted. At Nunam Iqua, major coastal flooding is also
  likely with water levels approaching or surpassing record
  levels. The drinking water source, wastewater facility, fuel
  tank farm, and lowest residences may be impacted. Access
  across Causeway Road and to the airstrip may be cut off. At
  Kotlik, major coastal flooding is expected with water levels
  approaching or surpassing record levels. Several buildings may
  be flooding by 1 foot or more of water, the airstrip may be
  covered and access cut off, and the wastewater lagoon may be
  impacted. There is a slight chance that the water treatment
  plant, fuel tank farm platform, and evacuation center (the
  school) may be impacted. At Scammon Bay, water in the Kun
  River may back up and flood the west end of the runway and
  adjacent low lying areas. Flooding is possible upstream on the
  Yukon River to Mountain Village with significant flooding at
  Emmonak and Alakanuk possible. At Alakanuk, fuel tanks at the
  school, the wastewater facility, airstrip access, and several
  buildings may be impacted. Water may also back up the
  Ninglikfak River bringing high water to Chevak. Significant
  shoreline erosion may occur.

  Halong and will likely bring higher water and stronger winds
  than the October 8th storm.

* WHERE...St Lawrence Island.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Sunday to 10 AM AKDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Water levels up to 5 feet above the normal high tide
  line may impact the dump and bring water towards Gambell on
  the west side. This will also threaten the FAA equipment,
  runway, and the community boat storage. Significant erosion is
  likely to occur as well. Numerous roads may be closed. Low
  lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical
  infrastructure will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will
  occur.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  may be inundated. Some shoreline erosion may occur.
