The National Weather Service in Anchorage has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Cape Suckling to Cape Cleare from 15 to 75 NM...
  Gravel Point to Cape Cleare out to 15 NM...

* Until 130 AM AKDT/1130 PM HST/.

* At 107 AM AKDT/1107 PM HST/, Doppler radar indicated a severe
  thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts, winds 34 knots or
  greater, and small hail. This storm was located 33 nm northwest of
  Middleton Island, moving west at 20 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds, high waves, and heavy rains.
Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
