...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
 Adak to Kiska Bering Side...

At 0120 AM AKDT, Satellite and lightning imagery indicated a
a line of strong thunderstorms, capable of producing frequent
lightning and wind gusts up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located in a line from 25 nm northeast of Little Sitkin Island to
55 nm north-northeast of Kiska Island, moving north at 30 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
