Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1201 PM AKST, the public reported flooding along the Anchor River near the Old Sterling Highway and along the Sterling Highway near mile marker 161 (Blackwater Bend).
