* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Solomon Gulch and Dayville Rd in Valdez.

* WHEN...Until 315 PM AKDT.

* IMPACTS...Although the dam is not threatened, excessive flow is
  going over the spillway and under the Dayville Rd Bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1214 PM AKDT, the Solomon Gulch Hydroelectric Project has
    reported high flow out of Solomon Lake.
