This is a follow-up request on previous spot requests for the 20 mile
avalanche fatality recovery mission.

A clue was found on 8/11/25 in the swiftwater downstream of the 20
mile avalanche debris.  A team was sent in to investigate if there
was a subject at the clue site, but it was inconclusive due to
dangerous swiftwater conditions limiting visibility and access.

1) We would like to get a relative streamflow assessment for
Wednesday through Sunday afternoon.  We are looking for when the
streamflow would likely be at its lowest.  We need the stream to be 1
ft lower than what it is now (we do not have depth info, so a
relative assessment is fine) to get our team to the river level and
in a position to investigate.

2) Wed like a narrative assessment of when flying conditions would /
would not support AST helo flight to the debris site and how that
coincides with the relative stream levels.
