...HEAVY SNOW TO CONTINUE FOR EASTERN TURNAGAIN ARM, PORTAGE
VALLEY, AND TURNAGAIN PASS THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON...

Periods of heavy snow will continue through Portage Valley,
Turnagain Pass, and Eastern Turnagain Arm late through mid
afternoon. Up to 6 inches of snow has already fallen from
Girdwood to Turnagain Pass. An additional 2 to 4 inches of snow
is possible through this afternoon. Visibilities in heavy snow
may fall as low as one quarter mile.

Heavier snowfall may cause slippery road conditions. Visibilities
may be reduced in areas with heavier snow rates. Motorists are
urged to slow down, turn on headlights, and use caution when
driving.
