.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...

A 998 mb North Pacific low moves to 56N 141W at 998 mb Sun
afternoon before dissipating by Mon morning. A 992 mb low forms at
54N 155W Sun afternoon and deepens to 989 mb as it stays mostly
stationary through Mon afternoon. A 990 mb low forms at 54N 139W
by Mon afternoon.
