.DISCUSSION...Expect dry conditions with mainly some mid to high
clouds on Saturday. Gusty northerly winds, which are in place
today will linger through Saturday morning, then gradually
diminish through the day. There is some uncertainty in the
strength of winds in the 20 mile valley due to lack of
observations, so winds could be stronger than indicated in the
forecast below.

Sky/weather.........Mostly Sunny (15-25 percent) in the morning,
                    becoming partly cloudy (45-55 percent) in the
                    afternoon.
