Light to moderate rain will spread over the Chugach Mountains
tonight and across the Mat and lower Susitna Valley during the
early morning hours Saturday. Rain will generally be light with
periods of moderate rain throughout much of the day
Saturday...gradually tapering off by evening. Winds will generally
be out of the south to southeast at 5 to 10 mph through late afternoon.
Given modest low level moisture and steady rainfall, visibility is
expected to fluctuate between about 3 to 6 statue miles (SM) through
the day; however, periods of heavier rainfall could drop visibility
lower than 3SM. Temperatures and wind chills will both be in the mid
50s to lower 60s.
