.DISCUSSION...Northeasterly winds will prevail for the Homer Spit
and inner Kachemak Bay through the remainder of the week. The next
chance for a significant westerly wind will come Sunday night or
Monday. Confidence is low at the moment, but it looks like a quick
shot of westerly winds in the 25 to 35 kt range, with seas of
4 to 8 ft.

Surface winds (knots).East winds 4 to 8 knots early this morning,
                      becoming variable 5 kt or less.
