in the morning, gradually increasing out of the Southeast through
the day. Though winds intensify in the afternoon, speeds should
be less than that of previous days. Mostly cloudy conditions will
exist, though breaks in cloud cover may result in daytime heating
necessary for isolated showers to develop and produce localized
rainfall. The best chance for a shower would be during the
afternoon.
