Seas forecasts represent the average of the highest one-third of the combined windwave and swell height. PKZ099-191815- 410 PM AKDT Fri Sep 18 2026 .SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS... Southerly to easterly winds will continue tonight as the low lifts north into the Gulf through tonight. This has increased winds to around 30 to 35 kts and build seas to 8 to 14 ft for the Gulf and outer coastal water. The inner channels will see S winds around 15 to 25 kts.
