Cool and dry conditions are expected today into Sunday. Cloudy
conditions to start today should become sunny skies later this
afternoon. Frost is possible over northeast South Dakota and west
central Minnesota late tonight into early Sunday morning. This will
be a concern for sensitive vegetation. There could be some
precipitation developing out west-river by Sunday afternoon, but the
best chances for rain really pick later Sunday night into Monday.

Temperatures will rise into the upper 40s to low 60s this afternoon.
Low temperatures tonight night into Sunday morning will fall into
the 30 to 40 degree range, with the coldest readings expected in the
James River valley region.
