Surface high pressure will generally be in control of the weather
across the region today, bringing sunny skies and dry conditions.
Overnight, this high will slide southeast of the area and allow
southerly flow to develop. Moisture in the lower and mid levels will
also increase, with showers and thunderstorms becoming likely over
the area late tonight into Wednesday morning. Hotter temperatures and
humid conditions are in store for the end of the week, along with
increasing chances for precipitation.

Highs today will range from the mid 80s to low 90s for most
locations. Lows tonight will drop into the 60s. Highs on Wednesday
will range from the mid 80s to mid 90s.
