Today will feature westerly winds with gusts of 25 to 35 mph. The
highest winds over north central South Dakota and the Sisseton Hills.
High temperatures today will warm into the 60s. Lows tonight will
dip into the 40s.

Another storm system on Saturday will bring a 20 to 40 percent
chance of light showers. Winds will increase from the northwest
Saturday afternoon with gusts of 30 to 40 mph expected. The winds
will cause elevated fire danger over portions of central and north
central South Dakota.
