High pressure moves in today bringing some low clouds and cooler
air along with it. The incoming low pressure center will bring
strong winds up to 35 miles per hour. These winds will begin over
central South Dakota tonight and progress eastward overnight.

Highs today will be in the upper 20s to mid 30s. Overnight lows will
be down to the upper teens to low 20s over northern South Dakota and
western Minnesota, and in the mid to upper 20s over central South
Dakota.
