Patchy fog is expected over the Prairie Coteau, the higher elevated of northeastern South Dakota, overnight into mid morning Wednesday. Visibility is forecast to be around a mile or greater, with localized dense fog possible. The lowest visibility will be near sunrise Wednesday. After low temperatures near 32 degrees, temperatures will rise into the upper 40s and 50s Wednesday afternoon. The coldest air will be over the Leola Hills and east of the James River. $$ 06
