...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WESTERN SULLY...STANLEY AND
NORTHWESTERN HUGHES COUNTIES THROUGH 1045 PM CDT...

At 958 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Little Bend Rec Area
to 9 miles west of Chantier Creek Recreation Area to near Brown
Church. Movement was east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Pierre, Fort Pierre, Spring Creek Rec Area, Grey Goose, Mission
Ridge, Little Bend Rec Area, Brown Church, Hayes, Oahe Mission Rec
Area, Wendte, Chantier Creek Recreation Area, Sully Lake, Sansarc,
Overlook Rec Area, Okobojo Point Rec Area, Cow Creek Rec Area,
Bunker, West Shore Rec Area, and Bush`s Landing.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for
central and north central South Dakota.
