.DISCUSSION...

North to northwest winds will settle down to around 5 to 15 mph
today. Afternoon humidity is forecast to range from 40 to 55 percent
for most locations.

On Sunday, winds are expected to favor an easterly direction, again
around 5 to 15 mph. Lowest humidity is forecast across eastern
portions of the forecast area, with values of 35 to 45 percent.
Chances for showers and thunderstorms starts to ramp up Sunday night
into Monday.

...LOW FIRE DANGER...

Favorable weather conditions or a high moisture content of grasses,
and other dry organic material on the ground, indicate that the
probability of a fast moving fire is low.  Outdoor burning under
these conditions can usually be performed with reasonable safety
precautions, but should be monitored.


The outlook for Sunday afternoon...The grassland fire danger index
will reach the low category.
