Dry conditions are expected for the next several days with below normal temperatures. Winds will increase out of the northwest today, with gusts of 20 to 30 mph, highest over north central SD. Afternoon relative humidity will range between 30 and 65 percent, lowest along and west of the Missouri River. Similar RH values expected for Sunday.
