Showers and thunderstorms will continue to push through central into northeast South Dakota this morning and then off farther east into west central Minnesota by midday into the afternoon. Rain chances will end from west to east; first in central South Dakota this morning and then by mid to late afternoon across northeast South Dakota and west central Minnesota. Dry conditions set in briefly by tonight until Friday afternoon. More storms are expected to return at that time and persist through Friday evening. Minimum relative humidity values today will be lowest across the Missouri Valley with readings between 50 to 60 percent and along and west of the Missouri River on Friday, with values between 35 to 45 percent.
