Cool high pressure over south central Canada will sink over the eastern Dakotas through Monday, and across Iowa Tuesday. Temperatures will moderate back to seasonal normal values by Tuesday. Relative humidity Monday and Tuesday will fall into the 25 to 35 percent range near and west of the Missouri River, and into the 40 percent range over eastern South Dakota and western Minnesota.
