Gusty, breezy southerly winds continue today with highest gusts of 30 to 40 mph between the Missouri valley and the Coteau through this afternoon. Min RH generally remains above 40 percent this afternoon except for portions of central SD from Pierre south where RH falls to 30 to 35 percent. The unseasonably warm conditions continue through the rest of the work week. Lighter winds are expected for Thursday with southeast breezes returning Friday.
