Winds become predominantly south southwesterly for Sunday with some locally higher winds for the Sisseton hills downslope region. A front moves in during the afternoon and causes a shift from southwest to northwest. The strongest winds are expected over north central South Dakota, with gusts reaching 30-40 miles per hour. Temperatures will be above average, with highs in the low to mid 60s, with humidity only down to around 30 to 40 percent west of the James valley and 40 to 50 percent for far northeast South Dakota.
