Showers and thunderstorms will continue over the area through this morning with precipitation ending northwest to southeast over the forecast area through the midday as a cold front exits the southeastern part of the state by then. Otherwise, we are expecting a dry stretch of weather tonight through at least the early parts of next week along with cooler temperatures. This afernoon`s relative humidity will range between 30 to 65 percent, lowest over north central SD with values of 30 to 60 percent forecasted Saturday afternoon, lowest west of the Missouri River.
