.DISCUSSION...

East to southeast breezes can be expected across the region today,
with continued clouds and high humidity (along with shower chances)
across central South Dakota. Lowest humidity today will be found
across far northeast South Dakota into west central Minnesota where
readings will drop to around 35 percent.

East to southeast breezes will continue again on Sunday, with the
lowest humidity once again found across eastern portions of the
forecast area. Afternoon humidity is forecast to drop to between 25
and 35 percent across far northeast South Dakota and west central
Minnesota.

...LOW FIRE DANGER...

Favorable weather conditions or a high moisture content of grasses,
and other dry organic material on the ground, indicate that the
probability of a fast moving fire is low.  Outdoor burning under
these conditions can usually be performed with reasonable safety
precautions, but should be monitored.


The outlook for Sunday afternoon...The grassland fire danger index
will reach the low category.
