This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for west central Minnesota,
central South Dakota, north central South Dakota and northeast
South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

The main story today is the heat and humidity. Central to north
central South Dakota will have temperatures up around 100 degrees.
Across parts of north central over to the northeast, temperatures
top out in the 90s, but with higher humidity and thus heat index
values in the 90s to around 100. A heat advisory is in effect for
portions of the area.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

There is a marginal risk (category 1 of 5) for severe storms Friday
afternoon and evening from the Missouri valley and points east. Main
threats are localized wind gusts and heavy rainfall.
