central South Dakota, north central South Dakota and northeast
South Dakota.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected across the region late tonight,
with small hail up to quarter size being the main threat.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Heat and humidity will build across the area Wednesday through
Friday, with heat indices approaching 100 degrees across portions of
central South Dakota.
