This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central South Dakota, north
central South Dakota and northeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms (30-50% chance) expected
across the region late tonight through early Wednesday morning.
There is a marginal risk (level 1 out of 5) for severe weather with hail,
up to around quarter size, being the main threat. Wind gusts to 60
mph and brief heavy downpours are also possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Heat and humidity will build across the area Wednesday through
Friday, with heat indices approaching 100 degrees across portions of
central South Dakota.
