There is a Slight Risk, level 2 of 5, for severe storms, primarily late this afternoon through tonight. Hail of up to 2 inches in diameter and wind gusts of 60 to 70 mph are the main threats with these storms. Heat index values will be 100 to 105 degrees this afternoon. This level of heat will impact individuals sensitive to heat and those without effective cooling or adequate hydration. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
