This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for west central Minnesota and
northeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

There is an elevated risk today and tonight of heavy rain that will
lead to flooding especially in areas that are already saturated. 2 to
4 inches of rain are possible in convection through tonight with the
potential for more in bands around Spink county this morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

On Monday, there is a marginal risk (1 out of 5) for severe storms in
Brown, Spink, and Clark county. Strong winds will be the main threat.

north central South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

There is a marginal risk (1 out of 5) for severe storms this evening
from Pierre south. Strong winds will be the primary threat.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

There is a marginal risk for severe thunderstorms Monday and Tuesday.
Strong winds will be the main threat.
