This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central South Dakota and
north central South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

There is a marginal to slight risk (level 1 to 2 out of 5) for
severe thunderstorms late into this evening. All hazards are
possible including a tornado or two.

There is a Flood Watch in effect until 10 PM CDT, for possible flash
flooding from slow moving, heavy rain producing thunderstorms.

Near surface smoke may reduce visibility to 4 to 7 miles at times
through tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Near surface smoke may reduce visibility to 4 to 7 miles at times
on Saturday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be requested. Weather spotters are encouraged
to submit reports to the National Weather Service in Aberdeen. The
