Northwesterly winds gusting up around 30 to 45 mph today along with
minimum relative humidity values of 15 to 25 percent and dry fuels
is leading to High to Very High Grassland Fire Danger Index values
today. A Red Flag Warning is in effect until 7 PM CDT. If a fire
were to ignite, it could become difficult to control or suppress.
