.DISCUSSION...During the day Wednesday, high pressure will be
working across Wyoming into Nebraska. This should result in
northwest or west-northwest winds across the burn site picking up
into sustained 10 to 15 mph speeds during the morning hours, with
gusts up to 20 to 25 mph, especially from about mid day through
early evening. It`s going to be another cold day, with afternoon
relative humidity expected to bottom out near 40 percent.
