.DISCUSSION...

Light and vairable winds will continue through the rest of this
morning before turning northwesterly this afternoon, increasing
slightly to reach gusts of 15 to 20 miles per hour. Dry conditions
are expected this afternoon as well, with afternoon humidity
dropping between 25 and 30 percent at minimum. After sunset
tonight, winds overnight once again become light and variable,
although will generally carry a westerly component. Stronger
winds are set to arrive by Friday afternoon, once again coming out
of the northwest and reaching 15 to 25 miles per hour sustained,
gusting to 25 to 30 miles per hour. A slight warmup on Friday
(highs into the upper 60s) will help support the continuation of dry
conditions Friday afternoon. Minimum humidity again falls between
25 and 30 percent and will coincide with the winds, possibly creating
some elevated fire weather concerns.
