.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions will continue to prevail today. Northwest winds
will increase once again by mid to late morning, but they won`t be
as gusty as Monday was. Still, peak gusts will range from 20 to
25 mph by midday through this afternoon. Minimum relative humidity
values will bottom out around 35 percent this afternoon. The
northwest winds will diminish this evening and overnight.
Wednesday will continue cool and dry, with afternoon humidity down
around 35 percent. Winds remain northwesterly, topping out around
15 to 20 mph.
