Winds will be on the increase today, especially across central and
north central South Dakota topping out between 30 and 40 mph.
Temperatures are headed above average too, with highs around 70
degrees, though afternoon humidity will only drop to around 40 to 50
percent. It will remain breezy overnight as well, with lows only in
the upper 40s to low 50s. Thursday will be warmer, however the core
of strongest winds shifts into far eastern South Dakota and western
Minnesota and weakens.
