High pressure will settle in over the region today, bringing dry and
cool conditions. Grassland fire danger will be low due to a fresh
layer of snow cover over much of the area. Look for another chance
for rain and snow late tonight through the day Friday. Any snow
accumulations look to be two inches or less. Warmer weather looks to
finally make an appearance by the middle of next week. Minimum
relative humidity values this afternoon will be in the 55 to 80
percent range, highest across far northeastern South Dakota and west
central Minnesota.
