.DISCUSSION...

Light westerly winds will be felt from the James River eastward
today, while central South Dakota begins to develop a south to
southeast wind during the afternoon hours. Afternoon humidity values
will bottom out between 25 and 40 percent for most locations, with
the lowest values expected along and west of the James River.

Winds on Wednesday are generally expected to be from the southeast
with gusts 15-25 mph. Humidity is forecast to increase across the
region on Wednesday, with afternoon values from 35 to 55 percent for
most locations.
