.DISCUSSION...

A storm system tracking southeastward over South Dakota will
continue to bring rain, snow, and a rain and snow mix through this
afternoon. Snow accumulation up to an inch or two is possible over
northeastern SD. Winds will increase out of the northwest with gusts
of 35 to 45 mph, highest along and west of the Missouri River. Winds
will diminish tonight with cold air filtering in behind the system
through Monday, with temperatures about five to ten degrees below
average. Afternoon minimum relative humidity ranges from 50 to 80
percent dropping to 40 to 55 percent Sunday afternoon.
